A Drug and Alcohol Recovery Center For Men
About The Last Resort Recovery Center – The Place For Men To Seek Sobriety
The Last Resort is a 45, 60, or 90-day 12-step men’s rehab immersion program for those who are motivated and committed to a new life in sobriety. This program meets the needs of individuals that have never been to treatment, but it can also help chronic relapsers.
There’s one rehab center Smithville residents rely on. The Last Resort Recovery Center for men is located in Austin, Texas. We have a strong relationship with the University of Texas. As the best rehab center Smithville has, we are able to help the young men through their drug and alcohol addiction problem. On our 52-acre ranch, men have the chance to begin healing through a variety of therapy options.
Through equine therapy, multiple evidence-based treatments, and wilderness retreats, we give our clients the tools they need for long-term recovery. Read on to learn more about The Last Resort Recovery Center and what we can offer to the men continuing their recovery journey with us.
Our Core Values
We operate by our mission statement and core values to provide the best possible care for men fighting addiction. Additionally, we want to provide each man who works through one of our programs an experience that will help lead them toward meaningful recovery through a positive transformation. We do this using immersion-based treatment and the basic tenets of the original 12-step program. The Last Resort Staff provide an encouraging, comfortable atmosphere where men are enabled to get well.
We’re different than your run-of-the-mill treatment center. We don’t cut corners, and we have strict client expectations that help us help the men who visit us for treatment. When men leave our facility, they have a family in recovery for life.
Men have different needs than women when it comes to addiction treatment. At The Last Resort Recovery Center, we know this well and we know how to provide them with the transformative treatment that they need. Employing our 13 principles, each man that works through one of our programs can begin the healing process.
In addition to these principles, our treatment philosophy also rests heavily on the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. The Last Resort Founders believe that this style of treatment is the most beneficial, which is why we continue to use it today.
