Emotional Junk

Negative emotions produce stress hormones that impact the body and create cravings, like a drug. Even if you don’t intentionally motivate yourself to negative thoughts, it can happen because you’ve been ‘on loop’ for so long, it is hard to think differently when the brain chemistry and emotions are all jumbled. To create positive flow and energy takes more work than you might have right now, and that’s okay. It takes time to form an addiction, it takes time to recover, including those tricky thoughts.
